Day 1: You Take The First Step

Today is the day you take the first step. You schedule your Free Intro.
DAY1Day 2: Free Introductory Session

Meet with one of our world-class coaches during a free introductory class. Our free intro class is for beginners at all levels. In it we will discuss what CrossFit entails, go over some foundational movements, complete a baseline workout and answer any questions you may have concerning CrossFit.
DAY2Day 3-6: Complete our CrossFit On-Ramp Courses
Not so fast! We still have much to learn. After our introductory class, one of our certified couches will lead you through our CrossFit On-Ramp program. Our On-Ramp programs consists of four more sessions which will teach you proper technique and safety when lifting with a barbell. Your understanding and proper execution of these movements ensures your future progress towards a happy, healthier you.
DAY3Day 7: Find A Membership Plan That Best Suits You

We offer a variety of plans to meet your needs and your goals. One of our coaches will help you select the plan that works best for.
DAY7Day 8: Together we start the journey to a happier, healthier you.

We help you learn the fundamentals of CrossFit. Our community helps keep you accountable and supports you as you start your journey to a happier, healthier you!
DAY8Day 30: A Healthier, Happier You
Congratulations, you’ve been with On The End CrossFit for 30 days and it’s been an exciting 30 days. You’ve already completed a couple of your fitness goals! Who knew you could have this much fun working out?!
