Drop In FAQs

What’s your drop-in policy?

We love nothing more than having visitors from other boxes come “throw down” with us!
If you are just passing through, we charge a drop in fee of $25 per day or $60 per week.

It’d be great if you could register online here before the scheduled class time and arrive a little early so we can introduce you to our box. You can find our class schedule here.

You may find that we may do things a little differently than your “box back home.” We hope that you enjoy the change in scenery, clientele, maybe even music. Perhaps we will even become your “home away from home”.

Can I do my own thing during class?

We do not have an Open Gym area to be utilized during class times. However, for any experienced CrossFitters, Powerlifters, Weightlifters, Cardio-bunnies and Strongman, we do have scheduled Open Gym hours where you can follow your own programming. We only ask that you follow our house rules.

They are:

  1. Have fun!
  2. Be safe. Ask questions if needed as there will always be a certified coach on staff.
  3. Use proper gym etiquette and clean up after your workout.
I just relocated/looking for a new gym and I’d like to check you out prior to joining.

If you are an experienced local CrossFitters new to Nashville and On The End CrossFit, we offer a free one week trial. We understand that CrossFit is an investment and that every gym is a little unique. A free week trial give you the opportunity to check out our new facility and get a feel for our programming, our coaches, our community and our overall vibe to see if we are a right fit for you.

If you are new to CrossFit, we offer free introductory classes to get your feet wet. If you feel On The End CrossFit is the right gym for you, we’ll get you started in our On Ramp program.

Do I need to reserve a spot or contact anyone?

Drop-ins are always welcome! Please use the Schedule to drop-in. You will fill out your account information, provide payment, and sign the waiver. You can email hilary@ontheendcrossfit.com or complete the “Contact Form” if you have any questions.
