Former filmmaker turned chef, Nick Knutzen found CrossFit was fundamental in helping overcome major obstacles in life. As a coach, he gets the opportunity to create an environment to help others overcome their own challenges igniting their own transformation. Nick’s passion for mind and body awareness and growth coupled with his purpose to build meaningful and heart-filled relationships with others excels his ability to help others become the best versions of themselves both inside and outside of the gym. Nick loves the amazing mix of people at On The End CrossFit and strives to enhance the OTE community by making sure everyone feels they truly belong in this tribe.
